I have never ordered a sign before. Where do I start?
If you have never ordered a sign before then never fear. Our staff, have years of experience in helping people identify what type of sign best suits their needs.
As a starting point, we recommend spending some time browsing through our online range to see if you can identify a type or style of sign that is similar to what you envisage.
We then recommend you determine the approximate size you would like your sign to be.
Finally, it’s also important to think about the budget for your sign, this will enable us to customise a solution that meets your financial guidelines.
Once you have this information, you can call or email us, and we will work with you to create the perfect sign.
What format must my artwork be in?The most efficient and most cost-effective artwork format is an .eps or .ai format, with text converted to curves.
If .eps or .ai format is not available, in most cases, we can digitize your artwork for a reasonable fee.
The easiest way to get your artwork to us is to email it, or if the file is quite large, you can send it to us on a DVD or CD.
Are you able to ship signs nationally?We can ship to all areas of Australia.

Will I receive a proof of my sign, before productions starts?Once you have placed your order, and sent us your artwork, we will create a proof of your sign and email it to you for your approval.
Production will not commence on your sign until we receive your final approval.
